Return and Refund Conditions:

Our team carefully checks the products before dispatching them to you. Still, if it gets damaged during delivery, you will get a 100% refund under the following conditions.

  • You can claim a refund or return in case of receiving the wrong jewelry, broken jewelry, or damaged products.
  • We do not provide a refund on the reason of “I don’t like it”
  • The refund will only be successful when returned products will be unused, in their original packaging, and have their receipt.
  • The customer should claim the refund for valid reasons within 3 days of receiving it; otherwise, we will not entertain you with this service.

Return and exchange procedure: 

If you receive the wrong or broken product, you can claim a return, return, or exchange as follows:

  • You can call us, Whatsapp us, or email us to raise an issue for a refund, return, or exchange.
  • Your refund request will be considered invalid if you inform us after 3 days of receiving it.
  • In case of receiving broken jewelry, the Customer should send the jewelry back to us in its original packaging and condition. Once we receive it, we will proceed to return or exchange it within 2 to 3 days.
  • In case of a wrong jewelry item, the customer should deliver it to us, and we will proceed with the exchange or refund process after confirming the validity.
  • After the approval of the refund, customers can get refunded within 5 to 10 days through bank transfer, jazz cash, or easy paisa as per their convenience.
